At GEAN, our production process is designed to transform raw Ivorian latex into high-grade TSR10 rubber that meets stringent international standards. We control every variable to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
- Raw Material Sourcing
We source fresh latex and cup lumps directly from our partner plantations. Our traceability system ensures every batch can be traced back to the specific plot of origin, guaranteeing full compliance with EUDR deforestation-free regulations. - Crushing & Washing
The raw material is fed into our milling lines, where it is thoroughly crushed, washed, and blended. This stage removes field impurities (bark, sand, and dirt) to achieve the low impurity levels required for TSR10 (max 0.10% dirt). - Controlled Drying
The clean crumb rubber is then dried using hot air in our modern drying tunnels. We strictly regulate temperature and airflow to ensure uniform moisture content, preventing oxidation and preserving the rubber’s plasticity. - Baling & Sampling
Dried rubber is compressed into standard 33.3kg bales. During this stage, we take laboratory samples from each batch. - Laboratory Quality Control
Our on-site lab tests every batch for key parameters:
· Dirt Content (≤ 0.10%)
· Ash Content (≤ 0.75%)
· Nitrogen Content (≤ 0.60%)
· Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) (≥ 60)
· Volatile Matter (≤ 0.80%)
- Export Packaging
Bales that pass inspection are palletized, wrapped, and strapped into compact units, ready for efficient stuffing into 40ft high-cube containers. We handle all shipping documentation, from inspection certificates to bills of lading.
